They put the emphasis on discretion and delivery: seeds leave a warehouse in Spain, they deliver only to private addresses, and they refuse responsibility for parcels sent to post boxes, pack stations or forwarding companies. Track and trace follows once the parcel is on its way, though they warn that nothing updates until it reaches the destination country.
