Seedsman was founded in 2002 by cousins Will and Tom, who turned a shared interest in cannabis and plant science into a family run business. Their international debut came a year later at Cannatrade in Berne, Switzerland.
A moment they point to themselves is 2005, when they introduced Lowryder, a Canadian bred strain that did much to popularise autoflowering cannabis. Opinions on it were divided at the time.
They describe their own work as collecting and curating plant genetics rather than only breeding it, sourcing both new and historic seeds from breeders around the world.
